Marion Zoning Considering Solar Energy Collector an Accessory Building Use

Municipal Code 176.32 Accessory Buildings and Uses
10. Solar Energy Collector. A solar energy collector and heat storage unit of size needed to supply the building to which it is appurtenant shall be considered an accessory use and be so regulated. Said unit may encroach into a required side yard not to exceed 36 inches but shall not project into the required front yard.
