Memphis Stormwater Fee Ordinance

This ordinance establishes the Memphis Stormwater Enterprise Fund to manage stormwater drainage and flood protection systems within the city. A stormwater fee is levied on all properties that discharge stormwater, with the revenue used to fund system operation, maintenance, and improvements. The fund is overseen by the director of public works, who ensures compliance, prepares budgets, and implements regulations.
