Minneapolis Climate Equity Plan: City Operations & Enterprise

The Minneapolis Climate Equity Plan is the city’s guiding policy document for climate action. The Section “City Operations & Enterprise” includes actions that will achieve Net Zero GHG emissions by 2040 for all City Operations. Actions COE.3.1 and COE.4.6 promote tree planting and rooftop solar.
