Minneapolis Ordinance Defining Natural Landscapes

A “managed natural landscape” is defined as “a planned, intentional and maintained planting of native or non-native grasses, wildflowers, forbs, ferns, shrubs or trees, including but not limited to rain gardens, meadow vegetation, and ornamental plantings.”
