Mississippi Permit Encouraging Green Infrastructure for Stormwater Management

This green infrastructure handbook from the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ) describes updates to the statewide Phase II Municipal Separate Storm Water Sewer System (MS4) General Permit.
