Mississippi State Law on Safe Drinking Water Act Funds

This part of the Mississippi code explains impacts of the Safe Drinking Water Act on state projects. It highlights that while there is no priority for sustainability-focused projects, SDWA projects that use green infrastructure like bioswales, permeable pavements, and roof gardens will be reported as such to the EPA’s project and benefits report database.
