Missouri Law Assigning County Engineers and Overseers to Protect Street Trees

This Missouri state law establishes that highway engineer and overseers will protect all fruit, shade and ornamental trees along the sides of the public roads and remove all signs and advertisements that have been nailed or fastened to them.
