Missouri Law Establishing Solar Rebates

This Missouri state law establishes that electrical corporations must offer solar rebates for new or expanded systems, with different rebate amounts based on system installation dates and limits on total annual and cumulative rebate payments. These rebates are available until December 31, 2023, with corporations able to recover their costs through rate adjustments or surcharges, and the Public Service Commission may promulgate rules for implementation.
