This rule provides standards for planned unit developments including density and dimensional requirements. This includes: (1) 17.30.075 Density exceptions — The Planning Commission may grant an exception to allow an increase from the maximum density of the underlying zone, up to a maximum of 120% of the underlying density, upon findings that the development demonstrates a high level of compliance with recognized practices for sustainable development, including but not limited to:
(a) Use of green roofs
(b) Lot and structure orientation for passive and/or active solar energy use;
(c) Covenants ensuring maintenance of future solar access
