Mountain Brook Maximum Impervious Area Regulations

The maximum impervious area is defined as the building area allowed by zoning plus an additional 5% of the parcel. Impervious surfaces include structures and paved areas like sidewalks, driveways, and patios, unless made of materials that allow water to infiltrate at predevelopment rates.
