Muskogee Pervious Pavers Parking Code

The City of Muskogee Code of Ordinance § 90-14-09 states that the surface of all parking spaces, drive aisles, maneuvering and vehicular display or storage areas shall be paved with either asphaltic concrete or Portland cement concrete. Semi-pervious materials such as grasscrete and pervious pavers may also be used, subject to the approval of the Public Works Director.
