Nashville Green and Complete Streets Executive Order

This 2024 executive order from the Nashville Mayor’s Office updates the city’s previous Complete Streets policy to more effectively integrate green infrastructure, such as street trees and BMPs for stormwater management, into the transportation network. The policy highlights the importance of planning for historically underserved communities and prioritizes active transportation options like walking, biking, and public transit.
