Nevada Statute Outlining Tax Abatement for LEED or Green Globes Standards

Nevada Administrative Code 701A.280 provides tax incentives for new construction that meets LEED standards or the Green Globes standards. The duration of the tax incentive will be determined by the number of points awarded for energy conservation by the U.S. Green Building Council or Green Building Initiative.
