Newark Amendment to 2018 International Energy Code

This rule establishes that the City of Newark has adopted the 2018 International Energy Conservation Code and has amended it in the following: (7) -The following additional energy conservation and efficiency standards shall apply to all subdivisions which include buildings greater than 5,000 square feet or which include three or more proposed dwelling units, as defined in chapter 27, subdivisions, of this code (f.) Includes renewable energy
