Newark Requirements to Receive a Certificate of Completion for Building Permits

This rule establishes that where a building permit is issued for a project that does not require or grant a certificate of occupancy but is for significant new structures, additions, renovations or equipment, a certificate of completion shall be issued upon completion and approval of the project. These projects shall include, but not be limited to: h – Solar Energy Systems
