North Carolina Solar Collector Regulations

Contains the following provisions:
– Prohibits local government regulation from prohibiting the installation of a solar collector as a substitute for traditional energy
– Prohibits local government regulation from denying permission for a person to install a solar collector as above
– Does not prohibit regulating the location of solar collectors
