North Las Vegas Recommendations for Solar Reflectance Standards

North Las Vegas Code of Ordinances § 17.24.140(C) recommends that all multifamily, mixed-use, commercial, and industrial development, and residential subdivisions, have roofs with an SRI no less than 25 and at least 50% of all hardscape should have an SRI no less than 25.
