North Las Vegas Tree Plantings and Permeable Pavements for Mixed Use Developments

North Las Vegas Code of Ordinances § 17.24.110 requires that shade trees be planted every 20 feet at a minimum in pedestrian priority areas for mixed-use developments. Additionally, within pedestrian priority zones, the use of pervious surfaces, including decorative pavers, is required.
