Oakland Ordinance Requiring Trees and Landscaping for New Parking Lots

This Oakland zoning code requires that parking lots associated with large new construction projects must include a ratio of one tree for every ten spaces. A minimum of 10% of a surface parking lot must be landscaped and irrigated or dedicated to permeable surfacing.
