Olive Branch Ordinance Establishing Landscaping for Parking Areas

This ordinance from Olive Branch establishes landscaping standards for parking areas. These include a minimum of one large deciduous shade tree for every 35 feet of street frontage, interior landscaped areas for parking lots, and protection for healthy trees, bolstered by a 1:1 credit against the tree requirement for existing trees retained throughout the construction process.
