Oregon Bill for Solar Access

In 2017, Oregon House Bill 2111 was signed into law. This Bill established that a planned community (i.e. HOAs) may not prohibit an owner of a roof or other exterior portion of a building or improvement on which solar panels may be installed from installing or using solar panels for obtaining solar access as a matter of public policy. (see ORS 94.778)
