Oregon Bill to Establish Community Solar Program

In 2016, SB 1547 was signed into law. This Bill directed the Public Utility Commission of Oregon to establish the Community Solar Program, with the goal of expanding access to solar energy for customers who are not able to or do not want to invest in a rooftop system. The Oregon Community Solar Program Implementation Manual provides further detail on the design, implementation, and administration of the Community Solar Program.
