Oregon Bill to Establish Solar Rebates

Oregon House Bill 2618 requires the Oregon State Department of Energy to adopt a program for providing rebates for the purchase, construction or installation of solar electric systems and paired solar and storage systems. A Rooftop Solar Incentive Fund was established in the State Treasury for the purpose of issuing rebates pursuant to HB 2618.
