Oregon City Municipal Code to Establish Stormwater Management Standards

This rule establishes standards for approved facilities that infiltrate stormwater on-site in accordance with public works low-impact development standards. This includes, but is not limited to: vegetated swales, rain gardens, vegetated filter strips, and vegetated infiltration basins, and their associated piping, to be placed within Natural Resources Overlay District boundaries.
