Oregon State Administrative Code – Small Grant Projects for Water Quality

This rule provides that the Oregon Watershed Enhancement Board may provide funding for a locally administered Small Grant Program to improve water quality, quantity, and fish and wildlife habitat. OAC Section 695-035-0050 – Eligible Small Grant Projects include those for urban impact reduction projects such as installation of stormwater runoff treatments (e.g. creation of bioswales, pervious surfaces, native plant buffers, green roofs).
