Orem Ordinance Establishing Landscaping Standards

This Orem ordinance establishes that developed lots in commercial, industrial, business park, and multi-family residential zones must landscape the area between the curb and lot line, excluding sidewalks, and separate it from parking areas and driveways with a concrete curb or approved material. Landscape areas along streets must adhere to specific grading limits, and where buffered sidewalks are used, the space between the curb and sidewalk must include deciduous trees spaced no more than 40 feet apart.
