This rule establishes a subcommittee of the city’s Green Works Advisory Committee to be known as the “Energy and Green Building Subcommittee”. The subcommittee is hereby constituted as and shall undertake its work as a “Community Panel” pursuant to City of Orlando Policy and Procedure 161.4. A minimum of 5 members of the subcommittee shall be appointed by and serve at the pleasure of the mayor. The primary purpose of the subcommittee is to provide advice to the director in the implementation of this Part and to review proposed rules or policies of the director in the implementation of this Part.
