Orlando Landscaping for Parking Lots and garages

This rule requires parking lot landscaping. This promotes the public health, safety and general welfare by establishing minimum requirements for the amount, location and maintenance of landscaped areas in connection with parking lots and other vehicular use areas; to reduce heat and glare generated by paved surfaces; to conserve the value of land and buildings on surrounding properties and neighborhoods; and to enhance the scenic values of the City Beautiful.
