Oxford Ordinance Establishing Landscape Standards

This Oxford ordinance establishes landscape standards for all site plans, subdivisions, and master planned developments. Developers must ensure that at least 15% of pervious surface of the lot is landscaped, street trees are required every 35-50 feet depending on size, and permeable pavers may replace up to 25% of the landscaping requirements for pervious surfaces.
