Philadelphia Stormwater Charge

All properties in the City of Philadelphia are assessed a monthly stormwater charge. This fee recovers the cost the City incurs for managing stormwater. The amount charged for stormwater on a monthly bill depends on the type of property. Property owners may manage stormwater on-site to receive a discount on their stormwater charge.

Charges are assessed differently for different property types, sorted as Residential, Non-Residential, Condominium, and Green Space charges.
