Phoenix Complete Streets Policy and Ordinances

Complete Streets guidelines include designing citywide for sustainability to minimize impermeable surfaces and mitigate heat absorption by reducing asphalt, using tree canopy cover, and high reflectivity materials and stormwater management using green infrastructure.
