Phoenix Mixed Use Development Zoning District

For mixed commercial/residential development, the maximum fifty percent gross floor area devoted to commercial usage may be increased by five percent per amenity, with a maximum allowable increase of five percent if the development plan includes the solar orientation of structure and responsiveness to Phoenix climatic conditions or building efficiency and energy orientation.
