Portland, Maine Ordinance Creating Height Bonuses for Green Roofs

This Portland, Maine ordinance establishes a height bonus for green roof installation. Any development where at least 50% of the cumulative lot area is pervious and at least 50% of the cumulative roof area is a green roof (which may be applied to the lot area requirement) is allowed one additional story of up to 12 feet.
