Portland Stormwater Management Incentives

This rule establishes an incentive program by offering a discount on one’s stormwater bill when the one or more of the following are implemented on one’s property: (1) Rain gardens, swales, lawns, or landscaped areas; (2) Drywells, French drains, or soakage trenches; (3) Rain barrels or cisterns; (4) Stormwater planters, ponds, or detention facilities; (5) Ecoroofs.
