Portland Treebate Program

The Portland Bureau of Environmental Services has established a Treebate Program to incentivize residents to plant yard trees. Any city sewer or stormwater utility ratepayer who plants a tree in the ground on their private residential property meeting certain eligibility criteria as defined in Exhibit A may apply for a Treebate from the Bureau of Environmental Services.
