Provo Stormwater Pollution Prevention Ordinance

This Provo ordinance establishes that any project, subdivision, development, or other land grading activity that disturbs one (1) acre (or greater) of land within Provo City or projects that disturb less than one (1) acre that are part of a larger common plan of development shall be required to submit a storm water pollution prevention plan.
