Rapid City Erosion and Sediment Control Plan

Rapid City’s Code of Ordinances § 8.46.070 states that an erosion and sediment control plan shall be prepared by a licensed professional. An erosion and sediment control plan for a site less than 5 acres can be prepared by a certified person experienced in specifying erosion and sediment control measures. The plan shall be designed to effectively reduce accelerated soil erosion and sedimentation during construction and after construction is completed. The erosion and sediment control plan shall follow the requirements set forth in the most recent revision of the Stormwater Quality Manual.
