Red Bank Residential Solar Ordinance

This Red Bank ordinance establishes that solar energy systems meeting specific development, design, and operational standards are permitted in all zoning districts. Ground-mounted setups cannot be place in residential front yards, and roof-mounted systems must not exceed building overhangs.
