Rochester PDD-12 Green Infrastructure Encouraged

This Rochester Ordinance provides that environmental considerations will be encouraged and recommended with new development. The ordinance specifically encourages the use of sustainable building materials and green infrastructure practices, and following dark-sky lighting principles to prevent light pollution and intrusion to neighboring residential areas.
