Rock Hill Landscaping Credit for Voluntary Tree Retention

Rock Hill’s zoning code awards credit toward other landscaping requirements if a project developer retains trees that are not already required to be retained under the City’s tree ordinance. Under the same section, the city is authorized to require alternate paving materials where parking areas would encroach upon critical root zones.
