Rockville Forest and Tree Preservation Code

Rockville’s code encourages the preservation and enhancement of the City’s urban forests, enacts measures to replace tree cover in non-forest areas within the City, and establishes procedures, standards and requirements that protect trees and forests during development activity and minimize tree loss due to development activity.
