Roswell Requirements for the Preservation of Natural Features and Amenities

This rule is established within the City of Roswell’s Design Standards to designate the preservation of the City’s natural features and amenities. (A) Existing features that would add value to residential development or to the local government as a whole, such as trees, watercourses and falls, beaches, historic spots, and similar irreplaceable assets, shall be preserved in the design of the subdivision; (B) New trees to be planted in public right-of-way shall be approved by the city and shall be planted in accordance with the regulations of the city engineer.
