Royal Oak Green Infrastructure Requirements for Marijuana Establishments

Royal Oak’s zoning code requires that “[s]ite plans for marihuana establishments shall incorporate low-impact development techniques or green infrastructure that significantly reduces stormwater runoff and/or the need for stormwater detention, such as, but not limited to, rain gardens, bioswales, green roofs, and permeable or pervious pavement surfaces.”
