Under section 17.706.050 of the Sacramento City Code, a development project that incorporates a green roof or rooftop farm is eligible for a height bonus of 10% of the otherwise allowable height. In order to qualify, the green roof or rooftop farm must cover greater than 50% of the net roof area, among other conditions.
