Saint Paul Climate Action and Resilience Pla

The Climate Action and Resilience Plan includes strategies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and help vulnerable communities adapt to climate change. The plan calls for the reduction impervious surfaces, the use of reflective pavements and building materials, the expansion of tree coverage, and the extensive use of solar PV, including rooftop.
