San Antonio Energy Conservation Code (solar, roofs)

Sections of San Antonio’s building code require both low- and steep-slope roofs to hit prescribed Solar Reflectance Index standards. Relatedly, the code provides that in some structures the main electrical service panel must have a reserved space to allow future solar electric installation.
