San Antonio Under 1 Roof Program

San Antonio’s Under 1 Roof Program gives homeowners grants to replace worn and damaged shingles with new, energy-efficient white shingle roofs and solar underlayment. The grants require a restrictive covenant that requires homeowners to retain ownership of the property for five years after the replacement. The grants fund roofing on a primary house on the property, but not any detached structures like garages, car ports, sheds, etc.
