San Francisco Ordinance Mandating Landscape Screens Around Parking Lots

This San Francisco planning code establishes standards for landscaping near parking areas. All vehicular use areas that are greater than 25 linear feet adjacent to the public right-of-way must provide a screening feature around the lot. This “screen” can be a publicly accessible permeable landscape or green stormwater infrastructure.
