San Francisco Ordinance Requiring Permeable Surface in Setbacks

This San Francisco ordinance regulates front setbacks for residential, mixed, and residential transit oriented districts. For all these zones, setbacks in new developments must be at least 50% permeable, with 20% of total area unpaved and devoted to plant materials.
