Silverton Municipal Code to Establish Building Development Standards

This rule applies to all uses, structures, buildings and development, and major remodels in the residential districts of Silverton. Allowable lot coverage may increase when driveways, rooftops, and/or parking surfaces are designed with approved green building methods such as vegetated swales, stormwater planter boxes, rooftop gardens, or porous paving materials approved through design review. Lot coverage may increase by a ratio of one-half (0.5) square foot for ever one square foot of city-approved green building area.
